Mark Ashley, Owner
My name is Mark Ashley, founder of Capital Cinema Productions. Capital Cinema has nearly 100 combined years of cinematography experience supporting Hollywood studio productions. Our goal is to provide Hollywood-caliber production quality to our clients.
Many of our credits include A-List television and feature films, several of which were nominated for Best Cinematography. Following my AC work on the remaining five seasons of “The X Files,” I left Los Angeles in 2003 to pursue film production work on the East Coast.
Our expertise includes detailed knowledge of the latest professional cinema digital cameras and support equipment as well as a granular understanding of the entire filmmaking craft and process. It is this expertise and our professionalism that we are seeking to collaborate with you and your team on your next production.
